Ongoing support

We understand the challenges of implementing trust-wide programmes. Our dedicated support team are at hand every step of the way, offering email and phone support, guidance literature and training sessions where required, making sure the SLT, CPD leaders, administrative staff and users feel confident.

Our support team address issues such as implementation strategies, securing engagement, integrating mobile CPD into existing structures, allocating appropriate resources to different groups of staff, setting up users and mapping each course to the Teachers' Standards.

Improving provision, saving money

Challenger Multi Academy Trust is one of several trusts using Anspear to deliver resources to hundreds of staff. This dynamic trust is made up of primary and secondary academies in Bedfordshire and Essex and has over 1500 licences for teachers and TAs. Senior leaders continue to be impressed by the quality and quantity of the courses, and the ability to control which staff members are given which course. With budgets already very stretched they see use of the system as an opportunity to both improve their provision and save money.
